About
John-Patrick Hartnett is a graphic designer, producing print and screen-based work mostly for the arts, culture and education sectors.
He grew up in Bray, a town on the border between Dublin and Wicklow in Ireland, later studying at the Institute of Art, Design & Technology, Dún Laoghaire (IADT) between 2001 and 2006. He worked freelance in Dublin for a period upon graduation, before being awarded a full scholarship to pursue a Masters degree in Communication Design at Central Saint Martins in London, which he completed in 2009.
He currently teaches on BA (Hons) Graphic Design & Media at London College of Communication (UAL) and has lectured at IADT, Kingston College and the National Museum in Dublin.
He lives and works in London.
